I was on vacation, lost in this huge mall due to a slight family emergency and I needed directions. This manager looked me up and down, I was casually dressed, as I walked out she spewed what sounded to be negative slang toward me in front of a patron she appeared to highly regard as if she were securing the area. Shame on this haughty manager’s bitter customer service toward anyone who could be a customer at another time.

When I told them what I was looking for , they made me feel like a valued customer , all the style of shirts I was looking for was organized and put into a personalized rack for me to choose from, next time I return to Honolulu I will definitely shop here again !!!! Thank you everyone who works at this store !!!! Best one in the country
