She didn’t just sell me on a briefcase—she sold me on the entire brand. Her style, warmth, and Jedi-level fashion intuition made me feel like Fendi had been waiting for me all along. Now I’m out here defending Fendi like it’s my hometown sports team. Michelle, you’re a gem. Fendi, give this woman a raise—and maybe name a bag after her while you’re at it.

Asako was incredibly nice was able to look up where it was available in the US and have it shipped to a family member in the US that I would be visiting after my trip to Hawaii. I was able to be sized using other belts they had in store already so that I knew I would be getting the right fit. Hawaii gets a special price and then the purchase is subject to sales tax in the state the item is being shipped to. The service here was great. I cannot recommend Asako more!
