  I really like Dior Bags But Do not purchase at this store!!!They won't let u easy get return even their said u can exchange or return if u not satisfied!!!My husband bought Dior lady bag for my birthday,but I don't like the style.so I bring it back after my husband purchased 5 days to return until what I want new style arrived!frist time the girl make me waiting 10 minutes,she said waiting she go inside get the information to sent me the check...then she came out said :oh sorry my manager said tmr come back it late now&the one served my husband not there!OK she made me waiting then she came out said that!I go home!I been busy so I can't come next day,so my husband went there 3 days after they text me about told my husband bring id&they will let us make return!But now they said my husband have to go home waiting until 2 or 3 weeks.but they will sent to our old address on id!But we moved longtime to new address already,he did gave them new adress already, they still don't want& told he come back later when the check arrived at the store then they called him pick check up!!Omg....I really like Dior but after this mistake,I never want come back Dior!!!!Never!!They trying to gave us hard time to return& give up!!LV& Chanel never give us hard time like that if we not satisfied!!! I'm very disappointed this Dior Boutique!!!!

  I want to share that this is my first time in Hawaii, and on a whim, we decided to explore the shopping strip. We had a fantastic experience with Lilo Li, a sales specialist at Dior, who was truly exceptional! My partner and I were warmly welcomed, and I was able to try on the item I initially came for. Lilo demonstrated incredible patience as I tried on two different sizes of the Dway Slides, assisting me all the way through to my purchase. My experience at this store was wonderful, thanks to such an outstanding sales specialist! I would highly recommend shopping at this Dior—10/10!

  Very subtly rude service from SA Rose there few days ago. Was looking for the Evolution slides and asked to try on different colors. I did my research so I knew they were in stock, but Rose told me they are out of stock. I ended up only tried on the black one and I bought it because I’ve done my research. During the payment, they return one of my 100USD bill saying it’s chipped on the side. My bf was really mad afterwards and said it’s not an acceptable behavior and I should have talked to them about it. Today I went back and purchased the same slide in another color and a sling back flat ballerina, and the SA was nice but kind of indifferent. I work in sales as well and they are probably the worst salesmen I’ve ever seen. Btw their doorman, a local guy, could be the rudest doorman in Ala Moana. Recommend this place because it’s probably the only place on the island to get Dior, but do your research because the SAs are not going to be helpful at all…oh! And if you’re doing cash payment, make sure your bank don’t give you “chipped” bills💸
