Had a wonderful experience at this Dior boutique. The purse I initially purchased had a damage, I brought it in to get it fixed. One of the managers of the store, Rodelyn, was in direct contact with Paris. They made everything right for me within a short period of time. Process was painless, smooth, communicative. I have the purse that I love and I’m truly grateful! Kacie was the one who helped me with the initial purchase, and overseen all the follow up throughout. She is incredible! Prompt replies, great customer service. This boutique really cares about you as the customer - and that’s so important! I can confidently say that you can be at ease purchasing from this boutique. Thank you Rodelyn and Kacie for your care, attention, and providing me with the best outcome! Also, Kacie packaged everything so beautifully and nicely for me. They also offer sparkling water or champagne at the boutique and everyone is so nice! Truly a pleasant experience!!! Highly recommend to shop with Kacie :).
