  2024年にこちらのお店に伺ったときは、男性の方の接客がとても丁寧で素晴らしかったので、こちらのお店でジュエリーをひとつ買いました。 その思い出があったので今年も行ったのですが、対応してくださった女性(日本人からわからないが、日本語を話せる方)の対応が上から目線で感じが悪かったので、購入はやめました。 ハワイ旅行中は比較的カジュアルな格好もしてるため「買わなそうだな〜」と思われたのかもしれませんが、突き放すような冷たい言い方での接客はよろしくないなと思います。 去年すてきな接客をしていただいただけに、残念です。

  7月中旬に訪問しました。30代くらいの日本人の女性店員さんの接客がとても丁寧かつ親身で、念願のCartierで素敵なネックレスを購入できました。またぜひその方に接客して欲しいです。 なお後日訪問した際に対応した若い中国人の女性の店員と、ご年配の日本人の女性店員さんの対応が良くなかったです。

  My husband and I had a great experience here and highly recommend this boutique. We were immediately greeted with a warm smile by Lilly, who continued to make us smile during our entire visit. She was BEYOND patient as my husband debated purchasing the Juste un Clou bracelet. We never felt pressured or treated as an annoyance. Instead, she respected that this was a big purchase and answered all of our questions without hesitation or negativity. There was another sales associate, I can't recall her name, but she was equally as friendly and I have no doubt that we would of received great service from her as well. Again, great experience!

  My First Cartier Experience I had an appointment scheduled for a few days later, but my husband and I decided to stop by on our way from the beach to the hotel. We were helped by Kelly, and honestly, it was the best luxury store experience we’ve had in Hawaii in the past three years. We were looking for sunglasses and also wanted to try on some jewelry for our upcoming anniversary. Kelly was amazing—she really listened to what we needed and offered great advice without being pushy. We had a few items in mind already, but she still guided us in a thoughtful and respectful way. While trying on bracelets, she noticed one was too big and suggested I try both sizes together. That helped me realize I needed the smaller one—she didn’t push me but helped me make the decision confidently. Same with the rings—she pointed out subtle differences, like the thickness of a diamond ring, which I might not have noticed but realized would bother me since I work a lot on the computer. Kelly was kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. This kind of service is what makes us want to come back. We really enjoyed our visit—thank you, Kelly! We’ll definitely be back soon.

  I had such a wonderful experience with Erica at the Cartier boutique. My husband and I were greeted warmly and all of the displays were exquisite. Erica showed me the whole Love collection and helped me choose some beautiful pieces. She was so knowledgeable and also hilarious - we were laughing like old friends by the time we left. Definitely call and make an appointment with Erica!
