They took us in the cold room and broke down the history of the brand and the jacket that he was about to get. We left there completely satisfied with the friendly, knowledgeable, and patient courtesy we were given. I've always been a fan of Canada Goose. And now my nephew is as well.

The staff was super nice, and Kai was knowledgeable about the brand and helped me find the right jackets for my upcoming trip. He even showed me the “Cold Room” that has real snow inside. Thanks Kai for the memorable experience. Looking forward to returning again.

We were only going to look at hats and ended up buying a jacket and a hat for each of us. We were able to find the perfect fit and style thanks to the help of Jun! Jun was friendly, professional, helpful, and patient! We got all of our questions and concerns answered. We were allotted plenty of time to make a decision which is rare as we are indecisive and particular about style and fit. We enjoyed being able to test our jackets out in the cold room where it mimics colder weather conditions as we can get harsh winters where we live. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience shopping at Canada Goose at the Ala Moana shopping center in Honolulu Hawaii!
