Salesperson Edna was extremely helpful and patient, and came up with a creative way to use the crossbody bag as a a belt bag as well. I received a follow-up note by mail making sure I was still enjoying my purchases. I will certainly return to this store on my next trip!
- BFBrian FisherFeb 7, 20171.0We bought our $3500 bag here in Hawaii and once we got home on the first use one of my wife's friends noticed dark blotches on the side of her new bag. We took it to the local Valentino where instead of helping us they accused us of causing the issue and demanded we pay to get it fixed. They contacted this selling location which produced a stream of lies in support of their claims. For the way over inflated price we paid they should take care of their customers right? No they treat customers like dirt instead. The other high end retailers treat their customers like gold so please be advised to take your money elsewhere!
