  I want to thank Edna for an amazing experience. Not only is she kind and welcoming, Edna is patient and has amazing follow-through. I’ve worked with so many in both mainland and international boutiques who will give you lip service while in the store but fail to maintain a relationship with you after one season. Look forward to my next visit to visit my favorite Chanel boutique.

  Miho is Fabulous!!! She is very stylish, she can read your taste in a heartbeat, she’s patient and knowledgeable on everything Chanel!!! My daughters and I had a Tremendous time in store with Miho. Found a couple Gorgeous pieces to add to my collection and I will definitely be sending more requests for exclusive pieces to Miho@ the Ala Moana Chanel Boutique. I’m Lovin my Maxi Flap Bag XXL in Gold CalfSkin and the Exquisite Equestrian studs to match my Lovely Buckskin Filly, Buttercup❤️ This shop is Beautifully staged with Stunning and exclusive pieces in Outstanding colors! Thank You so much to Miho and the entire staff for the Magnificent shopping day. Mahalo 🌺

  Avoid at all costs reps in the store are cherry profitable to local customers doesn't give same treatment as tourist refusing to sell to locals without reasons very unprofessional bags isn't as high end as you think

  한국인 여러분 여기 가지 마세요^*^ 이 곳은 제가 전세계에서 경험한 샤넬 매장 중 최악의 샤넬 매장입니다. 현금으로 산 제품을 반품하러 갔더니 현금이 없다고 국제 송금 해준대서 설마 샤넬이 돈을 떼먹겠어 싶어 계좌 정보 남기고 왔는데 두 달 가까이 되어가는데 감감무소식이더라구요? 그 날 직원에게 명함을 받아와서 메일로 이메일을 정중하게 썼는데 몇날며칠이 지나도록 메일을 안읽으시더라구요? 그래서 안되겠다 싶어 직원 핸드폰으로 정중한 장문의 문자 남겼는데 샤넬 미국 콜센터로 전화하라고 띡 전화번호만 남기셨더라구요? ㅋㅋㅋ 어이가 없어서 샤넬 미국 콜센터로 전화했더니 샤넬측에서도 어이가 없어하더라구요... 샤넬측으로 접수된 환불건이 없데요 ㅎ 이런건 매장에서 처리하는 게 맞는데 왜 콜센터로 전화하라고 했는지도 이해가 안된대요. 그 직원분이 보낸 문자 내용 정확히 콜센터 직원에게 전달하였습니다. 그 분은 제가 한국인이라 미국 샤넬 콜센터 번호 띡 남기면 항의못할줄 알았나봐요 ^^ 어쩌죠 저는 한국에서 미국인들과 일하는 데 ㅎㅎ 아무튼 저의 든든한 미국인 코워커가 그 문제의 이 매장 직원 saori씨에게 전화했더니 ㅎㅎ 물건 산 본인 아니면 통화 못한다 시전, 아이 돈 노우 시전 말 같지도 않은 소리만 해대서 미국인 코워커가 빡쳐서 다시 미국 샤넬 콜센터에 전화해서 saori씨가 한 모든 언행들을 보고했습니다 ^^ 한쿡인이라 돈 안보내주고 서류 접수 안하고 모르쇠로 일관해도 될 줄 알았나바여 와이키키에서 친절한 일본인 직원분을 만나 정말 물건도 잘 사고 좋은 기억이 있는데 여긴 최악이네요 와이키키가세여 ^^
