  We walked into Cartier without an appointment and Karen warmly greeted us and when I told her I was looking for a pantheré watch for my birthday she offered us champagne and let me try on several styles. Karen was so sweet and made the experience amazing, I will definitely come back to visit.

  我们从门口进去，那么多工作人员都没有给我们打招呼，还是一个男士在最后面看到我们上前给我们打招呼，还问我们有什么需要，我们给他说要看手镯他非常认真的给我们耐心回答，太度服务非常好给男士五星，我们还是决定买了一个手镯，应该我们到店里他们看我们穿搭普通应该是不想接待我们，感谢这位男士的接待

  I’d like to thank Rumi and the team at Cartier Ala Moana for their amazing hospitality and service. I scheduled an appointment on short notice just before arriving in Honolulu and exchanged a few emails with Rumi ahead of time regarding the watches I was interested in. She was very accommodating and managed to schedule a day and time that worked for me. When I arrived, Rumi had thoughtfully prepared all of the models and variants we had discussed, which made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. Her preparation, professionalism, and attention to detail made the selection and purchase process effortless.
