  So, this is my first Breitling watch and store experience. I went in on a Monday and was greeted immediately. The team here at Ala Moana worked in tandem - assisting each other in finding the right watch for me, despite me having one watch in mind. They showed me different models based upon our conversations (what I am looking for) and also a piece that compliments my current collection. I had a touch decision to make, but left with the Chronograph 42 - they took the time to show me the details of this watch and ensured that I didn’t “settle”. Very, very happy with the time and attention that this group of team members provided. My suggestion to you - go in with a few pieces in mind and be transparent in what you’re looking for. Their team will guide you into a piece that you’ll leave smiling with.

  Sarah and Jiu let me try on this big Breitling despite admitting humorously to never being able to get one. Made a great highlight to me and my friend Cocaine Ricky's & Zacky Wackys Trip. Mahalo nui to these 2 amazing sales reps with a big heart and big aloha spirit. Give them a raise.

  Our amazing Breitling experience with Matilda Steele. Day 1. Our family stopped in during our vacation to help me with a green watch hunt with a steel bracelet, and we were greeted by Matilda with a big smile and she offered drinks right away. We liked the Navitimer 41 and the Chronomat 42, however, the downside was the Navitimer wasn't available with a bracelet on-site. After exchanging contacts, Matilda told us she would contact us if she found the steel bracelet for the Navitimer. Day 2. Matilda notified us she found the steel bracelet for the Navitimer, and invited us back to the boutique. Only my wife and I came back, and again, she offered drinks right away. This time we put the Navitimer side-by-side with the Chronomat for comparison, BUT she brought out something new that was just press-released by Breitling the day before, the new SuperOcean Heritage Chronograph 42 in green. I completely fell in love with the way the SuperOcean Heritage Chronograph looked, but decided to hold off to see how the rest of the family feels about it after taking pictures and a video. Day 3. Notified Matilda that I'm making the purchase for the SuperOcean Heritage Chronograph 42, and stopped in with the family again. Matilda offered drinks first with her bright smile like always. I loved the experience so much, I asked my wife if she would like a watch as well. We ended up looking at the smaller-sized Chronomat and new mint-green SuperOcean Heritage 36. My wife liked the design of the SuperOcean Heritage, but not the color. Matilda brought out other newly released colors for the SuperOcean Heritage 36 from the back, in blue and black, and my wife fell in love with the blue one. We ended up purchasing the blue SuperOcean Heritage 36 for my wife, and the green SuperOcean Heritage Chronograph 42 for myself. The Assistant Manager, Takumi, threw in some gifts as well for Father's Day. I hope Breitling recognizes how great Matilda is when it comes to treating her customers. Any future visitors should definitely ask for Matilda if they would like an SA who is accommodating and patient. What's better proof than a customer that came in window-shopping for 1, but ended up purchasing 2?

She was absolutely the best—super friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Even though we didn’t purchase a watch this time, her expertise and genuine enthusiasm left a lasting impression. When we’re ready to buy, there’s no doubt we’ll be coming back—but only if Bella is there! Highly recommend asking for her if you want top-notch service!
