- CPCristina PinedaJan 6, 20201.0We got a 16x30 foot tent to cover our RV. We were given poles to fit a 20x30 foot tent. When we called the son Brian said we should have been given 8 foot poles instead of 10 foot poles. After he talked to his dad, the dad said he did give us 8 foot poles. I assured Brian we did in fact have 10 foot poles, so Brian said come on back and we can do the exchange. When we went by to exchange the tent the dad said he would not take the tent back and we should just cut the poles to fit the tent. Rather than admitting his mistake he basically said we were out of luck and it was our fault we got the wrong size poles. He said we asked for 10 foot poles, so that’s what he gave us. He said he assumed we would cut them. This makes no sense and we feel like this could have been resolved. We were willing to pay for the bigger tent, but we weren’t given the chance. Not accommodating at all. More work for us for no reason.
