  Great place for teens to meet and do safe activities together, great family friendly atmosphere, I love the mall in hilo, but you better go with money! Movies, Cinnabon, pizza, dairy queen, petco, jeans wear house, hallmark store, bed bath & beyond, Archade Tilt, napoleon bakery next to zippys, hot topic, American egal, all my favorite spots. Little pop up shops in the center of the mall are always fun, seasonal santa and Easter photos are also great, I really miss Stacy's pets. 😞, I think the only bad experience I had in the mall in many many years, was at the Macy's perfume counter. I went in to ask about a really expensive perfume, and I couldn't believe how this older woman was looking at me and speaking to me..... when they say that perfume counter women are really high makamaka, high nose, its 100% true! But I think this woman was taking it just a little too far. Like I wasn't good enough to be there wanting perfume. It was really strange 😕. Anyway, other then that one experience, me and my daughter absolutely love the mall. And we're so grateful for everything they bring to our community. I wish I could afford to go more. And I wish we didn't live so far away! 45 min away is pretty far. Wish we had a mall in pahoa.
