I can’t believe they refused to make it right for Monica. Now imagine if this happened to someone without a platform? They probably wouldn’t have received a refund. Also their manager, Cathy, is super condescending. STAY AWAY FROM VAN CLEEF!!!!

I’ve tried to make appointments both times with security to shop and have some of my pieces cleaned. I’ve left my phone number both times and have never been contacted for those appointments. I feel that this is very poor service. Too bad there wasn’t another location in Waikiki area.
