  We had an excellent experience at H.L. Brown in Sheffield. The service was professional, polite and genuinely personal — proper old-school customer service, which is rare to find these days. We were made to feel very welcome, and the whole process was relaxed and enjoyable, with no pressure at all. My wife purchased a beautiful watch and everything was handled beautifully from start to finish. We were also given a very nice gift, which was a thoughtful touch and made the experience feel even more special. H.L. Brown clearly value long-term relationships and genuine clients. Highly recommended.

  First time visiting this jewellers as heard Teresa was now working here, she’d always looked after me and my wife when she was at another jewellers. Unfortunately she was attending watches and wonders so we were both looked after by Paul who I have to say was brilliant. Very knowledgeable, warm personality and easy to talk to. Went through everything regarding the watches I am looking to purchase and explained the process. Will pop in again to say hello to Teresa the next time we are nearby.
