    I had such an amazing experience at Rolex Meadowhall thanks to Tracey. She helped me choose the perfect birthday gift for my daughter and made the whole process feel so special from start to finish. Tracey was incredibly helpful, patient, and understanding, and she made me feel completely comfortable throughout. Nothing was too much trouble, and her knowledge and professionalism were outstanding. Customer service like this is hard to find these days, and Tracey truly went above and beyond. Thank you for making such an important purchase such a memorable and enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend asking for Tracey if you visit Rolex Meadowhall!

    I just want to say a massive thankyou to both Tracy and Tom for sorting me out today. Tracy talked me through the process of how to go about acquiring a brand new Rolex and was superb throughout. Tom then found me the perfect pre owned timepiece, and nothing was too much trouble for him either. Both professional but not pushy. One happy customer. Hopefully see them again soon!

    I have been researching my first Rolex purchase for the past few years and recently registered my interest with Goldsmiths Meadowhall. Although I have not yet purchased my first Rolex, I was treated extremely well by Tracy, who talked me through my preferred choices, the possible wait times involved with my selection, and even took the time to chat with my two children about their plans for the weekend. Purchasing from my local authorised dealer feels like the right decision, regardless of the wait time. Buying from a professional and friendly local AD is just as important to me when making such a special first purchase.

    I purchased my wedding ring from here. I’ve had it for just over a year. A diamond fell out, the woman in the shop told me it looks to her like a manufacturers fault. Goldsmiths sent the ring off to be assessed this took 12 weeks for them then to tell me it would be £800 to fix. I was disgusted with the reply I got. I will not be shopping at this store again. Which is a shame as my family have used goldsmiths for years.

    Customer service is not great. Placed an order for next day delivery on Sunday and I’ve still not received it. I’ve had to contact them several times and have been mislead and given conflicting info. I was told yesterday the exchange for items out of stock was done and the order would arrive the following day (today). I received a despatched email yesterday too. Now I’m being today the exchange would take longer and I still don’t know when I’ll receive it. It doesn’t seem all that complicated to inform a customer that items are out of stock and arrange a replacement and still deliver it next day or in two days. It really shouldn’t take a customer reaching out several times, being in a call queue for 30 minutes, an online chat queue for nearly an hour, unhelpful and arrogant online chat agents like Marta who I spoke to, for them to still not know when items will be delivered! The process should be seamless even when things go wrong and you should get ahead of the problem before the customer has to spend a silly length of time to chase you only for you to be unhelpful. I can provide the order no on request if you’d like.
