  Eugenia was absolutely lovely — friendly, professional and very attentive. She made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable. The atmosphere in the store was also fantastic, and I really enjoyed the drinks at the bar. Everything made the visit feel very special.

  We are always delighted with the service we receive from your excellent team: from the gentleman at the door, Jimmie & Co behind the coffee/fizz bar, to the people who deal with our queries/repairs and in the past purchases. We cannot recommend you enough - also, one might think that with the "grandeur" of the shop prices may not be competitive. On the contrary, we were quoted £200 for the restringing of two pearl necklaces in a shop nearby and you were considerably cheaper..

  I visited several jewellers in Horsham after losing one of the heart pendants from my necklace. I needed a bespoke replacement, as the new heart had to match the existing pendants as closely as possible, including the style of engraving. The service I received at Wakefields was completely different from everywhere else I had visited. At some of the other jewellers, I was left feeling as though my request was perhaps too difficult or unusual, and I didn’t really feel confident that they wanted to take the time to look into it. From the moment I spoke to the team at Wakefields, they immediately reassured me that they could help. They were kind, understanding and genuinely interested in getting it right. Most importantly, they never made me feel uncomfortable or awkward for asking for something so specific. The necklace is very sentimental to me, so having someone understand how important it was to get the replacement right meant a lot. Fantastic customer service and such a different experience from the other jewellers I visited. I would absolutely recommend Wakefields and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
