  I visited Wakefield Jewellers on the off chance to see if they could do a battery replacement for my watch and they couldn't have been more helpful. I arrived late in the day and said I wasn't local but they managed to get the work done before closing. The customer service here is outstanding and it's a lovely store. Highly recommended.

  We had a lovely experience and definitely chose the right wedding bands for us thanks to Louise. Joe went above and beyond, making sure we knew that we were welcome to store them at Wakefields and when the best timing was to visit again to try them on nearer to the time of our wedding day. On collection nothing was too much and Joe found the time on a busy Saturday to get my engagement ring cleaned ready for the big day. I always feel so welcome at Wakefields, and we'll definitely be returning.

  I have consistently received excellent customer service from Dom and his team at Wakefield Jewellers Horsham. Dom is genuinely kind, attentive, and caring, and I greatly appreciate the consistently high standard of service I receive on every visit. The team create a welcoming and personal experience, treating customers with real care and respect rather than simply as clients. It truly feels like you are being looked after as part of their extended family. I would highly recommend Dom and the team to anyone looking for outstanding service and a trusted jeweller.

  The staff are always so welcoming and accomodating. On this occassion, I contacted them with a special jewellery idea for my mothers birthday - an everyday necklace with rings or beads to represent her children and grandchildren. They took the information I gave her and came back to me with a range of options to consider. Having identified a short list, I brought my father in to have a look. We really appreciated that there was no pressure to make a decision or to buy on the spot. A week later I returned to be greeted again by staff who'd remembered my previous visit to finalise the jewellery gift choice with their advice and support. I am delighted with the unique, beautiful and symbolic gift that Wakefields has created for us. It was (as always) beautifully gift wrapped and words cannot express the joy that it has brought my mother and father when the present was opened this morning. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! This gift has made my mothers birthday a truly memorable day and that in itself is priceless.
