- SHSvetlana HiltonDec 9, 20221.0I had ordered 3 items online. 2 I was happy about 1 was bigger size I needed So I need to return I went to new look Crawley shop to return the item. Was in a queue for a white, only 2 shop assistant on a busy Friday afternoon. Then I was advised that the item is “Love labelled” and I can not return at he shop Have to use post office or other services to post back. Absolutely stupid. Why I can buy staff online at new look website and can not return to the shop. Had to spend time wrapping all up, do online return and now waiting when the warehouse got it and give me my money back. Never again new look online. Girls at the shop was rude, was ignoring me when I asked for the manager. Then one of them came without name and saying she is a manager. Telling me they are not taking returns. Crazy, absolutely waste of time. You have to say it on a website that items not return to the shop only post office or other services, then people will not spend time!!!
