Didn’t have my book and the girl on the desk in red/pink top was so rude and said they can’t do it as I didn’t have the book. I explained I’ve always had it done here and she just looked down at me and was condescending. I told her to forget it! Maybe someone should teach her some customer service and manners. At Crawley on 20/04/24 at 12.10pm. Don’t think I’ll come here to buy our wedding rings if that’s the attitude we will get.
