Phoebe and the gentleman I dealt with couldn’t do enough to help, even offering a nicely chilled beer to make the experience even more enjoyable. The watch collection is extensive, so it’s well worth doing a bit of research before you visit—you may well end up leaving with more than one! My only criticism relates to communication after the visit. If you’re promised an email for any reason, don’t expect it to arrive particularly quickly. I was told the delay was because they were so busy, although during my visit I spent around half an hour in the shop on my own. It may simply be that follow-up communication and time management could be improved. That said, it wouldn’t stop me recommending the store or returning in the future.
