Would have definitely been back over the next few weeks for holiday clothes but for the absolutely appalling "customer service" I received today. To be told that I was being rude by the manager for simply standing up for my consumer rights left me speechless.

To say I am so happy that this lady came to our aid and helped when no one else would or did. Puts faith that there are genuine lovely and caring people about still. Thank you so much Danielle for helping my little boy disregulate during a stressful time. Shows what lovely staff they have in this store xxx
