I proceeded to try on my dress which unfortunately was not suitable. As I'm not very techno i had the lady in the fitting room helping me and then another lady on the till ..think she may have been the manager. What lovely and helpful staff..keep up the good work!

I called the Redditch store stating I could evidence this and spoke to Tyler who was extremely empathetic and told me to come in and he would see what he could do to help me. He called customer service whilst i was there and sorted a refund for me. He was so polite and very helpful to me during a very difficult period. Thank you so much Tyler, your care was much appreciated.
- SHSammii HooperMar 12, 20262.0I usually don’t leave low star reviews but when I’m stood at the til waiting to collect an item only to be ignored by a member of staff who goes on and serves the person waiting behind instead, I’m not best pleased. The man did not even acknowledge me standing there, nor did he ask if I was being served or needed any assistance. As someone who works in retail myself, I find it was just poor manners on this particular member of staff when really all I needed was to be acknowledged instead of assuming I was being served.
