  We recently had the pleasure of purchasing an Oyster Perpetual for our daughter’s 21st birthday, and the experience was nothing short of outstanding. We had been on the waiting list for some time, and throughout the process Dan was absolutely fantastic. He kept in regular contact with thoughtful email updates, which gave us confidence that we hadn’t been forgotten and made the wait much easier. When the watch finally arrived just in time for our daughter’s birthday, we arranged for it to be a complete surprise and collected it on her special day. Dan and the entire team went above and beyond to make the occasion truly memorable. They made such a fuss of her, celebrated the moment with us, and made our whole family feel incredibly special. It was far more than simply collecting a watch, it became a cherished memory that we will never forget. The level of service we received was exemplary from start to finish. Professional, attentive, warm and genuinely caring, Dan was an absolute credit to Rolex. We are so grateful for everything he did to make the experience so special.   Sourcing two Rolex watches is no small task lately, for reasons that are good and bad, yet throughout the entire process the experience was handled with professionalism, transparency, and genuine care. Communication was always clear and timely, and I felt well looked after at every stage. A special mention must go to your sales assistant Blaggy, who was exceptional. She demonstrated great product knowledge and a truly customer focused approach. Her transparency, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering on what was promised made the experience both enjoyable and reassuring. She struck the perfect balance between professionalism and warmth, which is increasingly rare and very much appreciated.. Thank you again for a great experience!!
