  I visited the store to purchase a suitcase which was clearly labelled at £185 reduced to £69.99. However, when I reached the till, I was told by the cashier that the price was different. I questioned this as the tag clearly showed £69.99 and after checking with someone else, she confirmed the correct price was indeed £69.99. The situation felt confusing and unnecessarily unpleasant. I then tried to pay using a gift card. The cashier attempted to scratch the card to reveal the code, but in doing so she scratched off the entire code, which meant the card became unusable and I was unable to use the remaining balance. I was very disappointed with how this was handled and the inconvenience it caused.

  I went into this store today, with my group of friends, we went in there with no bad intentions whatsoever just looking around as you would. Then one of my friends dropped a plushie purely by accident and as soon as it happened we were approached by staff and told that if it happened again we would be kicked out of the store (we didn’t get a chance to explain our side of their story, before them making stereotypical accusations about us teenagers) the next minute another worker came over and said if you're not going to buy anything and be silly, please get out. From speaking about it with friends we all agreed that we all felt uncomfortable being bassically blocked into an isle and told what to do. No disrespect but from our pov we thought they spoke to us quite rudely and actually abrupt even though we had done something so minor. We then proceeded to head upstairs and felt even more uncomfortable than before. We were getting watched by a worker, supposed to be doing his job. We all then felt pressured to leave the store, I can understand that some teenagers can be loud, intimidating and hectic but we are just kids that dropped a plushie on the floor, so stupid. At the end of the day we are all human and all hold the same rights, so what gives them the right to pick on us. Thank you, won’t be returning due to this situation. This is our experience from earlier and if you don’t believe us then, tough. 😭😂😁👍

  Cute place, love the Easter decorations at the moment. It’s very clean and organised too (asides from the makeup section)
