- DCDeena Campbell1 day ago1.0Never shopped in New Look before but as M&S, Next, River Island etc have now closed in Wolverhampton city centre- I thought I would give it a try to buy some Summer clothes having just popped in H&M next door. I had only been in the shop about 3 mins and spotted some trousers on a rack that I picked up and liked the look of. I asked a member of staff where I could go to try them on. First thing she said quite rudely was ‘I will need to put a tag on them first!’ She did not even tell me where the fitting rooms were. I promptly put them back on the rack and walked out. Not welcoming.
