Got home and checked receipt and it said 6 week fix time. Eventually arrived back in 4 weeks which I had to collect rfom store, even though I arranged for it to be delivered to me due to distance from stone. Customer service is horrendous.

I sadly lost my mum a few years ago and sadly lost a Ring of which she bought from Ernest Jones a few years ago. I saw the ring in store and didn't care about the cost and wanted to purchase the White Gold Green Quarts and Diamond ring. Beaky checked my ring size and unfortunately wasn't in my size in the company. Becky went through a few options and went above and beyond and spoke to your company's ring makers and had the ring custom made for myself along with a little discount as was just so happy to be able to replace the ring I sadly lost. Also this came back just before Christmas so was very special to wear on Christmas day. Thank you to Becky and other members of the team of who I spoke with via the phone. You've a great team in the store in Bridgen Mcarthur Glen and should be lucky to have them work for your company. As a store manager myself you notice good customer service experience straight away and this store has it 100% Thank you again...And will not loose this ring!
