We actually live over 2.5 hours away but we try and visit every time we're in Wales now. It's very clean, there are good toilets and great food options. It's a good place to shop 😊

We visited on a Monday evening, and it was great that the shops were open until 8pm, making it much more relaxed to browse after work. Before we arrived, we phoned Carvela to reserve a particular pair of shoes, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. They had everything ready for us when we got there, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. The outlet itself is clean, well-maintained, and has a great selection of shops, with plenty of eateries to choose from if you want to stop for a bite to eat. Overall, a fantastic shopping experience, and we'd definitely recommend a visit.
