  Went today for shopping, don’t know the name of the sales man but he was soo helpful and polite. I hate people coming and asking if we need help or whatsoever. But we were looking for a size and approach the guy and was so very helpful. He told us that the size we were looking for they don’t have it. But he left checked again and couple of minutes later he did came back and gave us the only one that was left even tho wasn’t the size we wanted. I appreciate the fact he checked cause many times people don’t even bother. And kept asking if we needed anything else cause we were trying and checking other things too ! Thank u x

  I visited 3 times, but the way he fold the T-shirt every time in the front of him only I fold the tidbit in a proper way and the desk with dust uff he should clean at least in the morning and attending the person with no smile with this brand I think owner has to teach the behaviour to them.

  The staff here have zero customer service skills what so ever, I purchased a pair of boxers for my son, only too realise I had mistakenly purchased pants instead, (genuine mistake I had just come off a 24hour shift) I revisited the store two days later to exchange them for the correct varient only to be told that they can't be exchanged for hygiene reasons. Whilst that is understandable the product itself is completely new and unused, in original packaging with seals intact, unopened, accompanied with original proof of purchase. Instead I was met with attitude, and the managers solution, was to "sell them online" no effort was made to rectify the situation whatsoever.
