She was knowledgeable, friendly but professional, so patient and helpful, and allowed us all the time we needed, without rushing us, to choose a ring. When collecting the ring there were two different staff members on duty and they were equally welcoming and helpful.We would definitely go back to the Witney branch of H Samuel when we want more jewellery.

We tried multiple rings and found the ones we wanted. Charlie was so welcoming and friendly and made our exciting experience perfect. She went above and beyond for us. And will definitely stay in our memories for our wedding.
