  For some reason I always review places months after I visit, mostly because I'm lazy. This is another one of those times, so I hope Alexandra and Jake are still there to see this. They were both fantastic in getting me sorted with a suit for my brother's wedding. I went in knowing roughly what I wanted anyway, but between them they showed me a few options and were respectful of my budget. Getting something the right fit for me is very difficult (lamppost build), so after some mixing and matching I got pinned up and was informed of what tailoring options I had (with costs). I needed it quite quickly and they turned it all around in the space of a couple of days. Both of their demeanours were welcoming and friendly and I felt comfortable with their approach from the moment I walked in. Excellent customer service all round. Shout out also to the manager lady I spoke to the week before - I can't remember her name, but had a nice chat with her which was also helpful.

  I am so impressed with the Swindon CT store. Lana who helped us on 18th April, and Mila today, really stood out as having fantastic customer service. Really some of the best we have received in a long time. Please do pass on our positive feedback!

  Been a CT shopper a while, so happy with the products; but we received EXCELLENT service here, Mila was super helpful and genuine in the way she wanted to help us find the items we were after and we left the store buying more than we needed, great costumer service which for the ones who care, really stands out that someone is trying to take care of you, and you don't see that often these days...thanks Mila and we will return soon!

  Received excellent service from the Charles Tyrwhitt team. They were really helpful with exchanging an online return for an in-store swap.

  Poor selection and the sales rep lies to you about being able to order shirts in. Extremely expensive, says they don't stock this particular sleeve size but the will be able to order it in. Then they change their minds and say they can't order it in. Don't bother wasting your time in this den of liars.
