Under consumer rights act 2015 I should be entitled to a refund for receiving a faulty product, deeply dissatisfied with me receiving a faulty product, and with the manager’s and specifically the middle-aged woman working there’s service was horrible, her attitude was unpleasant and she was extremely rude while accusing me of using it even though I didn’t, someone needs to check her. In addition to that they said that the store manager refused over the headset but when I asked to see the store manager they said he’s not in? Sounds like lies
