  Very poor customer service. Several promises to call us and failed to do so. I had to chase them for a week to make one special order. The lady at the cashier after me paying did not know why the receipt was printed and what to do with it!!!! I left the order in Saturday, they promised to call on Monday. They never did. I called on Tuesday, they said they did not understand the message what colleague left over the weekend. That person was working every day, as I pass by the shop every day and saw her. Then they said will call back in two days, it has failed again. I went in on Friday, very upset and finally managed to order the ring within an hour. They told me the rings will be ready in 3-4weeks, instead the receipt says it will be ready in 5weeks. Horrible, horrible and rude. I have never received an apology.
