Alex was fantastic from getting it transferred from another store so I could pick it up locally to purchase. The service was sublime with a viewing prior to purchase and resizing completed in store along with a cold drink to accompany. Thank you for making the experience feel special and I look forward to future acquisitions.
- GVGeorgia VineJul 27, 20261.0Would really recommend avoiding this branch, a week before my wedding an heirloom ring was taken in for a cloth polish, and the jewler in the shop decided to dig around the back of the ring claws with something sharp, loosening the stones and scratching up the back. Why anyone was using an instrument other than a cloth for a cloth polish the manager could not explain, other than 'they werent sure what they were doing and she would speak to the staff in question' as it had an unusual coating on the inside of the ring. Luckily a independent jewellers managed to fix the ring for me in time for my wedding day as Goldsmiths did nothing, and when I made a complaint about the service the store then closed the complaint down as they deemed my complaint 'resolved' because another jewler had fixed their error. Terrible service, awful untrained staff. Dont use this store!!

Alex was knowledgeable, really helpful and very good at understanding what we were wanting and not just pushing a sale. He even set aside the rings I wanted to try when I came in the next day which was really appreciated as made the whole experience seamless. If you’re unsure of where to go, definitely try here for a relaxing experience. Thank you!
