- KKKatieMay 29, 20265.0Store was closed due to fire alarm issues. The staff were really friendly and helped everyone get out of the store safely. They even assisted with helping get my elderly dad down the stairs and told us they would keep our basket of items till tomorrow morning for us. Such kindness in a stressful situation.

- GPGarreth PageApr 30, 20261.0Wouldn't go to this store because they like to accuse people of shoplifting just because you are holding two carrier bags you get questioned what you have inside your bags the woman she was trying to say that I was shoplifting but without making it out that she was trying to accuse me of shoplifting if I wanted to go out shoplifting I would not shop lift in a TK maxx store for rejected clothes from other stores I would shoplift in high end stores London and bath and city centres with high end stores not a TK maxx store

- SSSDec 28, 20251.0don’t buy anything from here. Bought a few jumpers and clothes, on one the tag was left on and they refused to take it off because I didn’t get a receipt and paid cash. Furthermore I was told it was policy that they actually weren’t allowed to do it, but after questioning them they said it was not written anywhere in their policy it was them choosing not to do it. Tried to complain but received the same answers. Wanted to talk to a manger and he disconnected my call. Tried to accuse me of intimidating them to take it off while they were being rude.
