  I’ve bought several Omega watches from Goldsmiths over the years, but my experience today really stood out thanks to Riz. I originally went in just to browse with absolutely no intention of buying anything, so the fact I ended up leaving with a new Omega says a lot about the experience and the way Riz looked after us. From the moment we walked in, dressed casually in a t-shirt and shorts, Riz treated both me and my family with genuine respect and professionalism. There was no judgement, no pressure, and no typical “salesman” approach, just a relaxed and genuine conversation between people who both appreciate the Omega brand. What I appreciated most was how personal the whole experience felt. Riz was knowledgeable, honest, patient, and gave us his full attention throughout. He never made us feel rushed or like he had somewhere better to be, and it genuinely felt like we were being looked after properly. He also made sure my family felt welcome too, offering refreshments and making the experience enjoyable for everyone, not just me as the buyer. Small touches like that really make a difference and are rare to find these days. By the end of the visit, we shook hands and completed a deal on a new Omega that I’m absolutely thrilled with. Riz is a fantastic ambassador for both Goldsmiths and Omega, and he made the entire experience memorable from start to finish. A huge thank you to Riz for his time, professionalism, and for making us feel so welcome. I’ll definitely be back again in the future, and I know I’ll enjoy this watch for many years to come.
