  I tried to return some shoes to this store, that I had not actually worn but had only put on to the try the size in Store, and they refused the refund because the shoes were ‘worn’. The manager and colleague were also extremely rude and disregarded everything we were saying. I felt really ostracised and I certainly won’t be shopping here again. Disappointed is an understatement

  Just random stuff. American brands and different sizes from different countries. Unjustified prices, even the sale price is expensive. Feels like a charity shop. Lot of pound shop or Wilkinson or such shop items at extronate prices. People do buy and people do scan for offers.
