  Really enjoyable experience and was made to feel welcome and valued when visiting. I was fortunate to be able to receive a call for a collection item to the store. When visiting I dealt with by Henry who was very knowledgable with my purchase and took the time to explain all of the features and how to set the dial for different time zones etc. He explained his knowledge on watches and was able to give me some information on another item I own also. Overall the Jewellers is a credit to the owners and all the staff who work there. I’ll be sure to return when the opportunity presents its-self again. If anyone is ever in the area I do recommend visiting, and I’ve no doubt there will be something there that will take your eye.

  Fantastic service. From my partner going to the store to look at an engagement ring he'd seen on the website, the service has been exceptional. Julie helped to ensure the ring he'd selected was perfect, offering extra touches, like a small pouch for a surprise proposal in Rome. Together, we've found the team has gone above and beyond. Alex assisted in having the engagement ring slightly resized for a perfect fit. Along with my partners nans wedding ring. Charlotte and the Goldsmith have worked wonders in creating a new wedding band for my now husband, made by combining his nan and grandads rings to make a bespoke one. We've purchased from Johnsons previously over the 32 years we've been together, and we really can't fault their service. It has been exceptional. Thank you. Sarah & Chris

  Purchased a Rolex Submariner Oystersteel and yellow gold from Johnsons over 1 month ago and i love it. Great service especially from Henry who made the purchase special. Would highly recommend and it’s the peace of mind of buying from a certified dealer. Thanks again Henry and his team.

My first experience of Johnson’s Jewellers will most definitely not be my last for many reasons but predominantly due to Henry Wright who supported me with my recent purchase. Henry took the time to understand my circumstances and intentions to purchase and to provide me with ideas and inspiration on what my options could be. This has resulted in a sale that I’m absolutely delighted with and will return again when the time or requirement is right too.   First time purchasing a Rolex as a gift for my father’s 50th and the whole experience was exceptional from start to finish. Tony was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and made the whole occasion feel really special. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommend!
