  ⭐ 1 Star Extremely disappointing customer service at TK Maxx Culverhouse Cross. There was only one person serving at the till, and despite repeatedly calling for assistance, no additional staff came to help. The queue moved painfully slowly, leaving me and the other customers waiting far too long simply to pay and leave. Management needs to ensure that enough staff are available at the tills, especially when queues are building, to prevent customers from being left waiting unnecessarily.

  Came into this store a few days ago with my elderly parents still wrapping my head around this whole situation . Don’t usually come to this store as I usually go to the one in the city centre but popped in as I was in the area. Me and my parents were looking around for a some good baby clothes as my best friend had just given birth. Approached a brunette worker whose name was Lily from what I read on her lanyard and was absolutely appalled by her attitude. The first thing I had noticed before I approached her was her extremely aggressive and rude attitude whilst speaking to another co worker but I didn’t pay much attention to it. After staying by the baby clothes rack for a while my parents had picked up on extremely hostile behaviour from her as she was openly cussing in front of customers and complaining about other people. I approached her to ask her if the store had any newborn sizes in a 2 piece set I found which was in a bigger size and was completely ignored but I disregarded it as in the moment I told myself she might have been busy. When I went to the checkouts with my parents she was serving us and she clearly seemed like she didn’t want to serve anyone, but I asked again on the check out if they had any younger sizes for the set I had picked up as I was hoping to get a size for new borns she stated in such an unprofessional manner “if we have any it would’ve been where you found this” I was in such a state of shock I did not know what to respond with. When I asked her to leave the set out as she had already scanned the item she rolled her eyes at me and tutted which I found extremely rude. I have never encountered such a bad customer service experience in a retail environment before. I can understand it can be very stressful at times but I don’t think this is how she was taught to treat customers. If you can’t be nice don’t say anything. Thankfully when we left the checkouts there was another lovely lady who’s name I cannot recall who helped me find a newborn size in the set I originally wanted who was amazing and made sure there was nothing else I needed help with. Safe to say I will not be visiting this store again. Out right appalling.

  I really like their shop layout and it’s very easy to find items. They also always have excellent deals and discounts meaning you save a lot of money on popular brands compared to their rrp. Would highly recommend coming here.
