  Tod's is the one company that doesn't stand behind their product. I went to their London store near Harrods and purchased a $1,000 pair of shoes towards the end of the first week of July. The far-right shoe has a shock absorber towards the arch that doesn't feel right and sent their support team an email. I asked if it be possible to simply exchange the shoes for a new pair as I was not interested in a refund because I genuinely love the shoes, but unfortunately, the shoes just had a defective shock absorber - or at least I think. I asked them for an exchange and the customer service rep was very rude and didn't respond when I asked to talk to someone higher up. I've always been such a fan of the brand and have had purchased several shoes for them. Beyond disappointing and heart breaking to receive that kind of service from a brand. Even after multiple attempts to communicate to the team for an update after being told it’s going to headquarters (even though that’s who I wanted to talk to originally) I get no response. See pictures for reference. Very poor customer service from a brand I’ve loved my entire life. Completely just heartbroken.

  Klient jest oceniany od wejścia. Jeśli nie spełnia ich standardów, a ogląda buty na przykład ze skóry aligatora, od razu proponowane mu są tańsze, ze zwykłej skóry. Szkoda, bo nie szata zdobi człowieka i trudno po zewnętrznym wyglądzie ocenić stan konta klienta. Obsługa do wymiany. Sklep w Mediolanie ma dużo wyższe standardy i jakość obsługi jest bez zastrzeżeń.
