  Appalling customer service. Trying to exchange a pair of shoes bought in store. Tried them briefly at home only. The store rejected them after initial inspection saying those soles were dirty. Note that those soft beige leather soles attract dust easily. I had to insist on the exchange and tolerated a few unkind comments. The store reluctantly used a rubber eraser to “clean the soles” and those shoes were eventually accepted for exchange. The staff could have started with that before rejecting the exchange. The shop should have put protective films on all soles given such strict return policy. The whole process made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Will never visit again.

  It was my first time to go shop the store, but everything was so great. I did not feel stressed or uncomfortable when I was looking around at the store. It was also grateful to meet one of staff who is Satine coming from Taiwan. She is customer focused and really taking care of us. Patiently answered each of my questions and even provided me some helpful suggestions like how to dress for pairing with the shoes or some cleaning tips. Overall the shopping experience was awesome and will definitely recommend my friend to shop the store by any chance they visit UK.

  I was there last week, stuck on which pairs of shoes I should go for. Luckily, the sale assistant was really helpful and gave me very good advises. I was so pleased to leave the shop. I will come back and shop soon.

  Great boutique with a wide range of selections and stocks. Busy shop but staffs are always helpful and friendly. Enjoyable shopping experience and highly recommend a visit. Thank you very much!
