  Always drawn in by the well put together displays, we rarely come out empty handed as a result of the brand quality and great customer service. Jason is great and has been so helpful on various occasions for us, he goes the extra mile every time. Won’t be long before he’s styling our new born too!!

  Came in last week with a group of mates as we were looking at the ski range. Who I can only assume is the manager based on his attitude and grandeur in the shop, showed awful customer service towards me and my friends, almost acting as if he was “one of the lads”. Joking and laughing with us, after many hints of wanting him to leave us alone. He was just so awkward and overbearing that we were all uncomfortable He kept on and on wanting us to buy a coat until it was overbearing and far too much. Most of my group managed to get away at this point from him. But I was left talking to him, even after trying to leave he tried to get me to order one with the store. Keep noted I didn’t like most of the collection but he was adamant I had to try one and buy it. Even said he has one himself and loves the range, I very much doubt he’s been skiing. Overall a horrible experience and almost pressured into buying a £300+ jacket. I don’t know how the company is making any money with someone like that running the shop. Won’t be coming back

  Visited the store around 2 weeks ago. Store is nice but felt very pressured by who I assume is the manager. From the moment I entered the store I was bombarded and felt pressured to buy things and couldn't look at anything for more than two seconds without being bothered by the man. Very dis appointed as I wont be visiting again after feeling so suffocated. Other staff members much calmer and offered their help but left me alone after I declined.

  Visited the store today on a typically very busy Saturday in Cardiff; I was greeted with a friendly welcome and smile by the store manager Jason. He gave me great advice on the products in store, whilst still maintaining the general upkeep of the store at the same time - being busy did not compromise his customer service provided to me, and his knowledge of the products was brilliant - you can tell he has a great understanding of the products and brand. I wouldn’t hesitate to do future purchases in the Cardiff store after today’s experience and I love my new coat!

  The store layout was well executed and the staff were incredibly helpful. We were greeted by the store manager Jason who couldn’t do enough for us and was very helpful and insightful on the products. Excellent customer service and will be retuning in future!
