The watch needed a few links removing so I phoned my nearest branch, (Wigan) and booked an appointment. My appointment was with Jason and his knowledge, Politeness, smartness and attitude immediately impressed me, he's a real asset to the business and very professional. I intend to add more watches to my collection, Longines, Tag Heuer and Rolex and I intend to purchase these via the Watches of Switzerland group.

- DDdaveMar 28, 20261.0I rand the shop to see if they could help my mother as she is blind (but still can see) and hard of hearing, I was told that they would look after her. She came in today 28/04/2026 and the staff where very rude (loitering at the back of the shop 3 off them one woman and two men) the woman only came out when she saw my mum was there to shop and had not just wandered in. I am very disappointed and appalled in the attitude of the people who did not really seem to want to move from the back of the shop.
