- DBDeb BumkinheadApr 15, 20261.0I wanted to purchase a couple of pairs of shoes today. After approaching the desk I was presented with a bill for over £40. The price on the shoes had been marked as £8 & £10 as these items were with others of a same size and price on the sale/reduced stand. When I pointed the mistake I was told that the price must have been changed by another customer, we get that a lot here! I then pointed out there were several pairs of shoes on the reduced stand in the same size colour and style and how or why would someone change the price on 10 other pairs of shoes. With this I was told “Do you want them or not” I ask to speak to a manager and some women covered in tattoos with an attitude to match told me the same excuse. So my advice is if you go into this shop that the prices on the labels means absolutely nothing. Absolutely disgusting customer service. I discovered once I’d got home they had also left the security tag on them so I’ve got to return paper parking because of their inability to do their job Correctly.
