I ordered a watch online as a wedding gift to my partner as we’re getting married, the packaging came so horrible and did not look appealing at all. I couldn’t gift it in such a state. I went into the WGC store and Angela (the store manager) greeted me and offered her help. I showed her the condition of my box and she immediately apologised and rectified the issue. She had bought out a brand new box and a gift bag to put the watch in. I wasn’t expecting that! She really went above and beyond for me without me having to ask. Thank you Angela for your great service x
