The black material came off the jacket, I should note that I only used the jacket 5 times (I wore it for about 10 hours) and in such a short time the jacket got to this condition. Since the 28-day return policy has expired, I can't even complain anymore. The previous leather-look jacket lasted at least 3-4 years and the material didn't fall apart or wear off.

- NNnotavaaaOct 28, 20232.0Yes, the clothes are great, but customer service is NOT up to par, I'm a minor and under the age of 16 , and felt completely ignored and dismissed because of my age. whilst waited to have my items scanned, an employee who worked at the till, who looked a bit old, gave me a side look and then continued with what she was doing, despite seeing i had lots of clothes that needed checking out, there wasn't even anyone else in the queue the shop was quiet, at the time! .She just looked at me funny, almost sniggering under her breath and then continued with her errands of going on her phone and pretending to fiddle with a box. The employees are friendly as you could say, almost too friendly because during the time i stood ( over 10 minutes ) the shop started to fill up more, since it was around 1:00 which is extremely busy!! and the employees were just standing chatting whilst people started to queue up, I wouldn't recommend personally.
