- SMShauna McGrailMay 6, 20265.0I wanted to leave a wonderful review for the amazing staff at the New Look shop in the UK — especially Foyz, Isabelle and Lee. They were incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming to my daughter and made our shopping experience so special while we were visiting on holiday. Their patience, friendliness and genuine care really stood out, and they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and valued as customers. It’s rare to come across such lovely customer service, and they truly made our day. Thank you again to Foyz, Isabelle and Lee for your warmth and professionalism — you are a real credit to New Look. We’ll always remember your kindness during our trip to the UK!
- PCPietro D'Silva (condor)Apr 10, 20261.0Will not spend another penny in New Look. So now 15 days and counting...... Returning something bought at New Look is very disappointing. You have to do all the work and fill in forms online to get a QR form. then take it to a store (that bit my choice thinking it would be quicker, silly me!). You then have to open a link that generates a return form, you fill in the store code....Which is ok if you can use your (blocked?) phone's internet to access it. Invited to go online on New Look's wi-fi and register my phone....No thanks, my data is mine, ok? So left the store to get signal (almost directly outside) and returned and entered store code. I was then told that my refund would be 14 days....come on New Look, this is 2026 not 1980! The assistant in the shop wasn't very helpful either and when asked why 24 days, just said 'have a good morning'... In all seriousness, I've returned stuff to China easier than this and got my refund hell of a lot quicker. I don't think New Look is long for this World....you'll only have yourselves to blame. Oh, and New Look don't have a customer services or phone number, which is why it takes a minimum of 14 days to do a refund. I suspect the Commodore 64 needs rebooting.
