- MCMatt CoeMar 27, 20265.0Popped in here last weekend as I was after a new watch. We were greeted by Connor as we were looking at the Hamilton watches. We were promptly sat down with watches we shortlisted... He then went into the brand's history and the links to famous movies. He was super polite and courteous with absolutely no hard sell etc. Just service you don't seem to get these days. Although we left undecided on colour, however the experience will send us back to deal with him again. Thanks Connor

A different jeweller in Touchwood had completely messed our order up so we went straight to Goldsmiths to try and resolve our problem. We had drinks and a professional service and ended up with the watch that we wanted. The order took a while but Saif kept us updated on a regular basis. Great service. Great staff.
