- ISIan SmithDec 8, 20255.0Bought an Omega Seamaster online via Watches of Switzerland and took it to Goldsmiths today to ask for the bracelet to be adjusted. I was met by a pleasant and welcoming sales assistant who directed me to the Store Manager - Alan. Alan was straight on it and disappeared for a brief time, while I waited I was treated to a cup of coffee. Alan made a great job of adjusting the watch to fit my lady wrist and I am now wearing it proudly. I'd be more than happy to return here to make further purchases. I felt valued and welcomed.
