He has terrible customer service and no idea how he has a job in retail!.He needs to learn how to talk to children!! And customers without shouting out 'oi' he made my son cry his eyes out amd frightened him.
- DODebbie OdusoteFeb 11, 20261.0As it can be seen from the picture I went to new look Romford to collect my click and collect orders, I love new look and have been a customer for years but the customer service is atrocious, after spending over one hundred and fifty pounds on three bags I ask for a bag and the woman behind the till who claims her name is terri says “our click and collect bags used to have handles but now they don’t.” That has nothing to do with me I asked for a bag not the bag history I was told the bag is 40p even though as I said before I’ve already spent over one hundred and fifty pounds. terri was rude and argued with me which wasn’t necessary is that how new look teach their staff to interact with customers? I won’t be shopping at new look again, I’ll take my money elsewhere. 11/2/2025 between 5-6pm.

Tia (Manager) was dismissive and adamant that it was customers fault for the defect/issue which defies the CRA 2015 where if an item is on unsatisfactory quality after using the item and does not meet the standards/longevity expected, a customer has the short term right to reject and be issued a refund.
