  I was disappointed with my experience at the Sunglass Hut in Oxford. The staff were not particularly welcoming and their manner came across as unhelpful and rude at times. Given the reputation of the brand and the price point of the products, I expected a higher standard of customer service. Unfortunately, this was not reflected during my visit.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience shopping at Sunglass Hut in Oxford. The manager was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to make sure we felt comfortable throughout and guided us with genuine care. Excellent customer service – highly recommended! Thank you very much guys

  The team at Oxford are absolutely brilliant! Always greeted with a smile and warm welcome when I visit the store. Amazing selection of sunglasses and even more when you open the drawers! The team are all very friendly and professional, and help you every single step of the way throughout your visit. Even though I did not purchase anything on that day, they all still helped me find a pair (I’m very picky 😅). Will definitely be back again soon.

  Went there today with my partner and the woman working out front was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The range of sunglasses was 10/10 aswell, both found what we were looking for. Would recommend
