  Awful service, deny all accountability for faulty items. Advised me to go get my glasses fixed elsewhere, even though they fell under the 2 year manufacturer warranty (2 months old!) Ironically, customer in front of me was also returning some faulty ray bans that they refused to resolve too. Avoid this brand at all costs.

  Excellent customer service, helped me find a pair of sunglasses that I love and although I didn't purchase them in store I went home and purchased them. Thank you 😊

  The team at Oxford are absolutely brilliant! Always greeted with a smile and warm welcome when I visit the store. Amazing selection of sunglasses and even more when you open the drawers! The team are all very friendly and professional, and help you every single step of the way throughout your visit. Even though I did not purchase anything on that day, they all still helped me find a pair (I’m very picky 😅). Will definitely be back again soon.
