  Judging by the prestige of this brand,the display at Westfield is such a shame. Just wanted to have a smooth shop there,knowing my measurements and the offer they have on at the time,I wanted to buy four shirts and be done with it. The guy that was dealing with me suggested a bigger size than what I wear. Giving the fact that he seemed professional in the incipient phase, I thought I’ll play along,then he left. Tried to explain that I have no time to waste and I need him for few minutes,to give me the right size,he was still nowhere to be found. All the light coloured shirts were incredibly dirty on the collars. The brand is good,I love what they are producing but I’ll stick to Jermyn Street as the shop in Westfield is such a disgrace. You can even feel your skin itching when trying their shirts on

From the moment I walked in, the level of care, attention, and genuine hospitality I received was on another level. What truly impressed me was Bashir. When I arrived, I was told his shift was due to finish in just five minutes, yet he chose to stay an extra 40 minutes just to make sure I was fully looked after. That level of dedication is rare and says everything about his character and professionalism. The team didn’t just help me find clothes, they made sure everything was right. From sizing to styling, every detail was handled with patience and genuine care. I never once felt rushed, and every question I had was met with thoughtful guidance. Darine was also incredibly friendly and welcoming, and there was another lady whose name I didn’t catch who was just as kind and helpful. Together, they created an atmosphere that felt relaxed, personal, and truly customer-focused. This wasn’t just good service, it was memorable. The kind of experience that makes you want to come back not just for the products, but for the people. I truly hope the team receives the recognition they deserve, because this is exactly what great service should look like. Thank you again for such a brilliant experience
